- The tennis courts and the adjacent space are owned by BORS Břeclav a.s. It is not a public space and may be visited only by holders of playing cards and people interested in playing.
- Playing hours on the courts are defined and put up on an information board. The manager in charge of courts occupation shall decide on a possible extension of playing hours.
- People interested in playing shall register with the manager, who will assign a court, i.e. court number and playing time to them. The playing order shall depend on the time of registering with the manager.
- Only holders of playing cards or season tickets or people having a receipt of payment of the playing fee are allowed to play. The owner shall define the amount of fees, which shall be put up on an information board.
- The player must wear adequate clothes and shoes suitable for playing on an artificial surface. In particular shoes with patterns damaging the artificial surface are not allowed. The manager shall decide on the suitability.
- The usual playing time for the occupation of a court is 2 hours, the minimum playing time is 1 hour. Different playing times may be agreed with the manager, however only in full blocks of half hours. Where the courts are not fully occupied or where there are not any other interested players, the playing time shall not be limited.
- The players on a court may not disturb the play on neighbouring courts. In the event of improper behaviour the players may be expelled from the court by the manager without refund of the fee. Audience may be present only in the space reserved outside the playing ground.
- Interested players may reserve a court for a given time with the manager. Should the play on the reserved court fail to start within 15 minutes from the defined beginning, the reservation shall be cancelled (shall not apply to payments in advance). A reservation may be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance.
- The entry onto the grounds is at one's own risk. The owner shall not be liable for injury to health or possessions incurred on the ground. The players may deposit their possessions in rented lockers.
- These operating regulations shall be binding for all visitors to the tennis ground. The manager shall supervise the observance of the operating regulations and decide in the event of disputable cases.
